We had a wonderful experience working with Alberta on our kitchen design. Our kitchen is quite large, and there was clearly a lot of planning and precision involved to make everything fit just right. Alberta handled all of the details seamlessly and made the entire process feel easy. One of the things we love most is the functionality of the space. From the pull-out cabinets to the thoughtful storage options, everything feels intentional and makes the kitchen so much more usable for everyday life. The countertops matching the backsplash created such a clean, cohesive look that really elevated the whole space. It’s one of our favorite design elements. We also really appreciated Alberta’s guidance throughout the process. Being able to visit her studio, look at different options, and take samples home helped us visualize everything. Her blueprints made it easy to see how the final kitchen would come together, and her input along the way was incredibly valuable. We’re so happy with the final result and grateful for Alberta’s expertise in bringing our vision to life.

I had an outstanding experience working with Alberta and her team throughout our home remodel. There is a lot that goes into a project like this, and it was immediately clear that I was working with professionals who have many years of experience and truly know what they’re doing. Alberta guided me through the design and selection process for my countertops, helping me narrow down exactly what I wanted and working with me on the overall design. Her team extended and raised my kitchen cabinets to properly accommodate the new countertops, which made a huge difference in both function and appearance. They also installed new countertops in all of my bathrooms, along with new sinks in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. Alberta also helped me select our new flooring material. With my busy work schedule, she went above and beyond by coming to my house and dropping off several different flooring samples so I could see them in my own space and confidently choose the right option. That level of service made the process so much easier. Throughout the entire project, Alberta was kind, professional, and always willing to help. She communicated clearly, worked around my schedule, and made what could have been a stressful remodel feel very manageable. Pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work truly shows. I am extremely happy with the final results and would highly recommend Alberta and her team to anyone planning a remodel.

Alberta is such a talented kitchen designer, coming up with inventive ways to use quite limited space. Her work is precise and beautiful. I did not want a new kitchen but a disaster forced me to have to make hard decisions while also quite worried about budget. Alberta was so kind and understanding, even when I was extremely distressed. She is professional and knowledgeable about so many details, and she offered useful advice at all stages of the process. I drafted an IKEA project, but her ideas were better. I checked prices at big box and medium-sized retailers, and her prices beat them. Best of all, working with her felt like having the support of an expert who is also a friend. She never forced her taste on me and with her help I got a kitchen that feels totally my own . . . even though I never could have done it on my own!

Living By Design truly lived up to and greatly exceeded our expectations as we were trying to address a complete downstairs restoration of our cabin in Glacier. This was a difficult project since they had to pick up where another contractor left off. This required much extra work in assessing minimal work already completed, fixing problems, and addressing the new work needed to complete the job. Our cabin turned out better than expected and that is all due to Alberta and her company coming through for us. I would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome interior designer!!!!

Living by Design was recommended by a company we hired to paint our home. I appreciate working with Alberta who helped us with multiple challenges. Her prices were very competitve. The carpet I chose was on back-order and although Alberta tried multiple times to work around those delays, we found another option that worked for us that she arranged to have delivered quickly. When our delivery and install with a separate company did not work out, she delivered the sheet vinyl personally. She met with me multiple times to make sure I found the vinyl, carpet and pad that worked for us. When a portion of our carpet was damaged in production, she quickly facilitated a refund from the manufacturer. She responded to questions and concerns quickly. Alberta was always super friendly, helpful, and professional, even during difficulties beyond her control with installers/trades. I am happy to refer customers to her store and to work with her, and look forward to future projects.

Doing business with Living By Design was a great pleasure. They really listened to our kitchen needs and their ideas were great. My kitchen island is a very odd shape and they were able to accommodate it. They acted like my kitchen was their kitchen and that reassured me that I picked the right company. We have taken on the task of remodeling our home before we moved in. We hired a GC, that didn't work out, talked to others, no one wants to work, just be paid. Then we were given Alberta's name at Living By Design to help us with our vanities and kitchen counters, what a pleasure! The whole remodeling process can be so frustrating, Alberta could see I was getting frustrated and stepped in to make things right. Alberta is professional, timely, willing to understand your needs and take care of things without being asked. Alberta you were there when I needed a strong shoulder!

We had the most exceptional experience working with Alberta at Living by Design. She designed and coordinated our entire kitchen replacement. Her design was thoughtful and professional, and she provided us expert guidance throughout the entire process. She designed and managed the installation of complete new cabinets, new stone countertop, new tiling, installation of new appliances, new range hood venting to outsid, plumbing connection repairs, elecrical wiring updated to code. Additional work extended beyond the kitchen including wood floor replacement for the entire main floor continuous with kitchen, all walls and baseboards on entire main floor repainted, as well as drywall repair. During the entire process from start to finish Alberta provided maintained constant communication at all times, and was always availalbe for questions. The final result was flawless and all concerns were completely resolved to our 100% satisfaction. I fully recommend Alberta and Living by Design, and I will not hesitate to call her for any future projects.
