Start with an introduction and a walk through the showroom. See and touch flooring, cabinets, countertops, and tile in person, and tell us about your project.
Pick samples — or plan a site visit
Buying a single product? Take samples home and purchase when you’re ready. Planning a larger kitchen or bath? We schedule a site visit.
Site visit & measurements
For bigger projects we come out, take the measurements we need, and talk through what you’re trying to accomplish.
Visuals & selections
We create visuals for the changes based on your measurements and your inspiration photos, and finalize the material selections together.
Sign off & order
Once you approve the plan, payment is collected and we place the order for your materials.
Coordination & install support
We coordinate product arrivals with you or your contractor — and provide install support if you need it.
